Ms. Garay sits as an arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association's  Complex and Commercial, Employment, Mergers & Acquisition panels.  She also is on several federal and state court rosters, including the Commercial Division of New York State Supreme Court (Nassau, Suffolk, Kings, Queens, and New York Counties), the United States District Court (Eastern and Southern Districts, and Eastern District Bankruptcy courts) and the Nassau County Bar Association panel of arbitrators and mediators.
